Sybille Straubinger (AUT)

Sybille Straubinger, born in 1970 at Bruck/Mur studied political science in combination with economics and development policy studies at the University of Vienna.

After gaining some experience as a staff member of Dr. Josef Cap at the national parliament of Austria she took over some relevant positions at the political level of the Vienna City administration. Sybille Straubinger could also achieve some working experience in the private sector as a senior adviser at an PR agency. Since 2004 Sybille Straubiger is member of the Vienna City Council.

Sybille Straubinger’s core responsibilities lie in the field of culture and science, especially digital art and culture, technology policy and creative industries.
