Darija Hejni-Rubcic (CRO)

Most of the working experience Darija Hejni Rubcic spent in banking business working on different positions, starting as relationship manager, working also in headquarters and then back in the network as regional manager dealing with private individual and small business clients.

During that time she covered different topics being responsible for establishing infrastructure for small business clients in banking (implementation of product and processes, sales force, education as well as risk related project) and also for customer satisfaction, non performing loans, communication with local community.

At the moment working in UniCredit she is responsible for SB segment at CEE markets.

She was the member of advising team for choosing best start up idea/entrepreneur in contest run by McKinsey in Croatia several years ago.
