Michael Schwarz worked as a Search Quality associate at Google, responsible for search engine results in German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). His in-depth knowledge of Google search as well as several years of experience were decisive for the formation of Improove.

Born in Graz, Austria, Michael completed his MBA with an emphasis on International Marketing at University of Vienna and New York University. In addition to his studies, he completed internships at Sinamania in China and Turkey. Michael also worked as an Online Content Manager for KroneHit.
