Erik Bovee (USA)

Erik is a founding partner of SpeedInvest GmbH. He has been an executive and founding member since 1999 in a number of telecoms and internet companies, including Digital Mobility, and Dynamical Systems Research – pioneer of the world’s first WAP SDK, and one of the world’s first commercial Web-to-phone, corporate SMS messaging services. Subsequently, Erik was European Managing Director of eMeta Corporation, a provider of access control and digital licensing software for online publishers and financial services. Erik was also responsible for VeriSign’s Mobile Enterprise Services (VMES), a global, mobile messaging aggregation service, in addition to Enterprise Paging, a multi-protocol mediation service for wireless carriers, including AT&T and Sprint in North America. Erik holds a doctorate from the University of Oxford.
