Constanze Buchheim (GER)

Constanze Buchheim is founder and CEO of i-potentials, an HR agency focussed on start-ups and internet companies. i-potentials solves a problem which Constanze experienced often enough since starting her career at Spreadshirt in 2006: Recruiting and HR are often neglected in start-ups, although an excellent team is one of the key factors to success. And because ‘excellence’ does not only mean hiring the right people, i-potentials does not only recruit for internet companies but also takes care of developing and qualifying talents.

Having built up the HR department of Spreadshirt and having counselled a range of founders and start-ups, Constanze’s expertise is leadership and management in start-up companies.

Besides all her experience and training it is mainly two things that drive Constanze: An honest passion for startup-like leadership and the understanding of how central good leadership is to the growth and success of a young company.
