Christian Tuscher (AUT)
Christian Tuscher was admitted to the Austrian Bar in 2009 and joined Herbst Vavrovsky Kinsky Rechtsanwälte GmbH in 2007. He specializes in Intellectual Property- and Information Technology law, contractual law with a particular focus on national and cross-border licensing- and financing transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions. Christian Tuscher represents numerous technology companies in corporate governance and industry-regulatory matters.
Christian is also a lecturer and business mentor for Intellectual Property- and Media law issues as well as strategic business development at various research institutions and incubators.
Mr. Tuscher received a Mag. iur. degree from the University of Graz in 2004, and a Dr. iur. degree from the same university in 2007). He also graduated with an LL.M. degree from the University of Vienna in 2007. Mr. Tuscher was previously a research assistant at the Department of Civil and International Contract Law at the University of Graz and practiced as an associate with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Vienna. Christian was admitted to the Austrian Bar in 2009 and became a partner in 2010.
