finderly aims at helping consumers find the right product with individual crowd sourced recommendations. The idea to finderly was born last year. After first feasibility studies with industry experts, marketers and researchers, we decided to turn the idea into reality. From that time on, we were quite successful: we won Austria’s biggest business plan competition, received an AWS and an INITS subsidy, formed a motivated and experienced team, incorporated in 01/2011, won an award at Startup Weekend, conducted 3 usability tests and finally launched our closed beta in August 2011.
